Nesmuk JANUS is made of high-performance steel with a niobium content and finished with a high-quality diamond-like-carbon coating (DLC), which optimises the functional properties of the blade. The chef’s knife with a 140 mm long and 3 mm thick, hollow-ground blade on one side is the all-rounder with which you can do around 80% of all cutting tasks. Indispensable and versatile in every kitchen as a “basic knife”.
